Me and Desmond Warrior went to a small festival in southern Missouri and as always I brought my chalk and Dez made a ton of new friends. My chalkboard was a replication of the mural I did at Chalk the Loop 2017 and won 1st place. I enjoy these colors and designs, but this will be the last time for this particular design. Something new is in store for the next big mural. I didn’t want to finish it, but many are encouraging me to save it, per usual. I’ve never saved my chalk art because it is an impermanent medium. That is why I do it. Nothing is permanent. Everything is changing, yet all the same.
